Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Last minute cancellations and reschedules have an effect on small business. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us please give us at least 24hrs notice where possible. An amount equal to 20% of your service fee will be charged if you no-show for your appointment or reschedule on the same day.
Class Cancellation Policy:
Our class sizes are small. No-shows, late cancellations or reschedules may mean others are unable to book or people on the waitlist are unable to attend.
If you are late, cancel or reschedule your class within our strict 6-hour cancellation limit you will forfeit your session. No refunds will be given for no-shows, late cancellations or casual classes that are unable to be attended. The front door will be locked at class start time.
All cancellations & reschedules must be done through the Momence app or online platform. We cannot guarantee that messages via email, sms or social media will be received.
All memberships, class packs & casual class passes are to be used by one individual only and are non-transferable between clients.
