I’m a passionate therapist with more than 15 years of experience in the industry, between Brazil and Australia. I’ve been working for the last 8 years in an award-winning premium Spa in Sydney.

I’m always happy to learn new things and open for new challenges and experiences.

I’m very caring, loyal, punctual and hard work person. I truly love looking after clients and help them!

Belinda Leskiw

Naturopathy

Described as being very grounded and practical, Bel believes that everyone should have their own health ‘blueprint’ of what works for them so they can come back to this framework again and again to find flow, ease and empowerment in their own health and wellbeing.

But sometimes we need a little help in determining what that blueprint actually looks like!

Bel’s approach to her work does exactly this, zoning in on long term health strategy whilst healing issues and removing obstacles that come up along the way.

Her areas of clinical interest include:

  • Burnout, sleep and energy

  • Hormones and women's health

  • Skin health and adult acne

  • Brain health and mental performance

  • General wellbeing and health optimisation.

When she’s not working, Bel loves to lose herself in a good book, glide along on roller skates, create memories with her family and hone her meditation skills.

Kirsty Wright

Remedial Massage

Kirsty is a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist with over 8 years of experience in diverse settings, including remedial massage clinics, day spas, and professional sporting environments.

She excels at tailoring treatments to meet the unique needs of each client.

With a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals, Kirsty utilizes a range of techniques to address pain, improve mobility, and promote relaxation.

Her experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of various body mechanics and therapeutic approaches, allowing her to provide effective, customised care.

Kirsty fosters a calming, supportive environment which makes her a trusted partner in her clients health journeys.

I’m Mikeala, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor and Reiki Master and Breathwork Facilitator. 

Through these modalities I invite you to listen to your body, your energy and to feel your emotions as they move through you. My intention is to hold a safe space for you at Salud to do so. 

It lights me up to be a part of a growing and evolving community, I’m excited to be apart of your journey. 

Lily Lyons

Reformer Pilates & Barre

Lily is a trained Reformer and Barre Pilates instructor and started Pilates to help with her strength and flexibility during her dance training, as well as assisting with injury prevention. 

Lily brings to Salud the connection of mind and body through movement that benefits physical and mental wellbeing overall.

Kalli Tisdell

Reformer Pilates & Yoga

I'm Kalli, a passionate Pilates, Reformer and Yoga instructor who thrives off helping others achieve their goals through movement and mindfulness.

My main focus is women's holistic health & pre- and post-natal care, supporting your body through all its stages. I provide a comfortable, safe space that's completely judgement-free for you to enjoy moving your body.

Beth Martizano

Reformer Pilates

Beth has been a qualified Reformer instructor since July 2022, and is also certified for pre- and post-natal Pilates. Beth loves to teach a full body burn, targeting all the muscle groups of the body whilst challenging your stability and increasing your mobility.

Her classes are designed to leave you feeling shaky and a little sweaty as you walk out the door but don't worry, there's always modifications provided to lessen or increase the intensity of your workout! Wherever you're at in your Pilates journey, Beth will meet you there.


Outside of the studio you'll find Beth with her little family at the local markets eating delicious pastries, by the beach with an acai bowl, or on a basketball court.

Rachel Richards

I'm Rachel, a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a passion  for pre and post natal programs .

As a new mum myself, I know firsthand how crucial self-care and exercise are for both body and mind.

My classes blend expert guidance with a supportive, relaxed vibe. We'll focus on:

- Rebuilding core strength

- Increasing flexibility

- Boosting overall well-being

- (And, let's be real, those booty burners!)

Cat Mead

Yin Yoga, Reformer Pilates & Manager

Cat has been teaching yoga since 2015 and specialises in Yin Yoga.

She holds a calm space that gives you permission to sit with what you're feeling and learn about your nervous system along the way.

Cat likes to weave elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine into her classes and finds the connection to nature useful in learning about ourselves.

Beth Smith

Reformer & Mat Pilates

Beth found a love for Pilates nearly 4 years ago and decided to take that love further and get qualified in Matwork and Reformer teaching. She loves to make sure clients are feeling stronger each time they come along to classes, heavy legs are always on the agenda and lots of core!! Plus, you’ll get a few layers and spicy progressions.

When she’s not teaching you’ll find Beth at the beach, pilates or at the gym.
