Foundations
This Reformer Pilates class focuses on building a solid foundation of Pilates and learning basic movements on the Reformer.
We work on toning and strengthening our muscles whilst improving flexibility, and also connecting mind & body.
Intermediate options will also be given for those ready to advance.

Mums & Bubs
Our Mum's and Bub's classes will help mums allow time to exercise, socialise and feel good about themselves with their babies close by or even have them strapped to them at all times.

Jump
Experience a burst of cardio in our Reformer Jump classes, with a fusion of strength and endurance based exercises.
We encourage you to come along to a few Reformer Foundations classes prior to booking a Jump class as it is a fast-paced class and of higher intensity.

Core Express
This 30 minute express class focuses on increasing your deep stabilising core muscles as well as your stability and your mobility. This short yet fiery class will have you working out every muscle group leaving you challenged and balanced.

Stretch
Think dimmed lights and slow tunes. This class focuses on slow paced stretches and long gentle holds to stretch and release the body. We’ll work on extending your range of motion to improve your flexibility and mobility.

Intermediate
The intermediate Reformer Pilates class is designed for those who have mastered the basics and are familiar with the Reformer. Adding in challenges, more burn, a few spicier exercises and intricate movements.
We recommend starting with our Foundations class if you're new to Reformer Pilates, however all levels are welcome.

BARRE PILATES

Barre
Our Barre classes are a fusion of Pilates & Ballet exercises with a focus of developing your strength, coordination, balance & posture. This is a fun full body workout, no previous dance experience required! You can expect a series of standing exercises incorporating hand weights, ankle weights, bands & Pilates balls as well as mat work sections & stretches in the centre.
There will be options for beginners to advanced.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga gives you an opportunity to slow down, calm your nervous system and gently release tension from your body.
Poses are held over time and practiced on the floor making it a practice that can be meditative, allowing you to soften and make space in your mind and body.
MAT PILATES

Sculpt
Strengthen & lengthen your body with Pilates Sculpt! These classes consist of booty burners, abdominal sets, upper body sculpting & inner thigh work. A lot of the exercises are performed with just our body weight but there will be the option to include hand held weights, ankle weights and Pilates balls to advance. You can expect to be lying on your mat for most exercises however we do incorporate kneeling & standing components to our classes.
There will be options for beginners to advanced.

Burn
Think Mat Pilates x Strength. We’ll bring the foundations of Pilates with added weights and intensity working up a sweat and burn!
Classes will have options for beginners to advanced practitioners.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our class sizes are small. No-shows, late cancellations or reschedules may mean others are unable to book or people on the waitlist are unable to attend.
If you are late, cancel or reschedule your class within our strict 6-hour cancellation limit you will forfeit your session. No refunds will be given for no-shows, late cancellations or casual classes that are unable to be attended. The front door will be locked at class start time.
All cancellations & reschedules must be done through the Momence app or online platform. We cannot guarantee that messages via email, sms or social media will be received.
All memberships, class packs & casual class passes are to be used by one individual only and are non-transferable between clients.
