  • Our classes at Salud are accommodating to all levels, if you are new to reformer we ask that you book into a “foundations” class. If you have any questions feel free to contact us before your first class. For Mat Pilates, we recommend starting with our 'SCULPT' classes.

  • Our class sizes are small. No-shows, late cancellations or reschedules may mean others are unable to book or people on the waitlist are unable to attend.

If you are late, cancel or reschedule your class within our strict 6-hour cancellation limit you will forfeit your session. No refunds will be given for no-shows, late cancellations or casual classes that are unable to be attended. The front door will be locked at class start time.

All cancellations & reschedules must be done through the Momence app or online platform. We cannot guarantee that messages via email, sms or social media will be received.

  • Your 2-week Intro Offer will start from your first class with us. You will then have 14 consecutive days to use your 5 classes.

  • Our Naturopath will speak with you about any current conditions or areas of your health and wellbeing that you'd like to improve, dive into your health history and what has led you to this point, and gain further insights into who you are as a person and what your health goals are. You'll be given some action steps to start straight away, whilst they put together a Report of Findings (your health journey plan!) to be presented at your next appointment.

  • We sure do! Just make sure you let us know that you require telehealth and it can be set-up for you.

  • Yes! Test results can give additional clues into what is going on for you, so please bring them along.

  • Definitely not! However, if you have had any test results from the previous 12 months please bring them along to your appointment. Depending on your circumstances, our naturopath may request blood tests or functional testing to be completed.

  • Of course! Even if you don't have any specific goals, our naturopath can analyse your current health and lifestyle picture and make suggestions to optimise your life. In this case we would suggest booking in for the Basics Package.

  • It depends on what you've got going on, how long you've been experiencing symptoms for, and how eager and committed you are to create change in your life to support your health goals. Depending on the symptoms, it could be days, weeks or months, and our naturopath can chat with you about expectations surrounding your health goals.

  • Oftentimes this is a great opportunity to review your action steps and how they are fitting into your life, plus ask any questions that have come up in the interim. Consults are also a time for motivation and gentle accountability, so it would be beneficial for you to still attend.
